About the Role

Kepler Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our People team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for partnering with our US and Canada-based teams to drive a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders to build trust and credibility.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on building team dynamics, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to address performance needs and advise on feedback delivery.
  • Leverage HR expertise to lead resolution on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Create a culture of positive workplace experience by respecting individuals, building trust, and establishing an approachable and welcoming space.
  • Partner with People Operations to strategize best practices and ensure data integrity within our People systems.
  • Facilitate employee mobility processes and drive strategic HR planning initiatives.
  • Support broader HR special projects and identify trends through people data and employee conversations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably with a multi-state organization of 350 employees or more.
  • Experience in Canada employment law a plus.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time to US and CAN office locations.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
What We Offer
  • Total Compensation: $115,500 - $132,000.
