Job Title: HR Quality Control Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Quality Control Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing personnel actions, reviewing candidate qualifications, and ensuring accuracy in demographic data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit cases processed by Employee Processing Representatives to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare detailed analysis of error causation and impact on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ensure records are current and complete, in compliance with Federal, State, and City regulations and agency policies.
  • Attend meetings with Executive Director, Recruitment & Onboarding and Director, Onboarding/Quality Assurance to discuss error patterns and develop training programs.
  • Meet with supervisor to discuss error patterns and possible methods of reducing errors.
  • Compile and maintain statistical records of weekly and monthly activities of the Processing unit.
  • Assist with candidate processing and background checks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.
  • An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience described above.
  • A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and five years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience described above.
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to the above requirements.
