Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Utilize strong analytical skills, discretion, and follow-through to oversee and manage various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly client invoicing.
Establish and maintain client subject files, personal working files, and relevant legal documents.
Conduct peer reviews of documents to ensure quality control.
Ensure all produced documents adhere to our global identity and document standards.
Contribute to accurate client/project budget management through timely and precise time entry.
Assist the team with various tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
1-2 years of project support experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and decision-making abilities with the capacity to interact across all organizational levels.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively with limited direction.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
