Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in overseeing construction projects within the Life Science domain. This role involves assisting in various stages of project execution, including budgeting, bidding, cost management, and client relations, leading to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure the timely handling of all project documentation, including pre-construction assessments and site logistics.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, lead weekly project coordination discussions, and document outcomes.
  • Monitor compliance with contract stipulations, manage submission documents, and ensure timely reviews and approvals.
  • Create and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), identify construction challenges, and streamline the RFI process for the design team.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific schedules for trades to ensure smooth information flow and adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Distribute construction drawings, shop drawings, and timelines to subcontractors and project teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and client presentations as required.
  • Serve as a mentor and professional role model for interns and junior team members.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in Tenant Improvement projects.
  • Experience in constructing laboratories and clean rooms is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Procore software is advantageous.
