Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Engineering Specialist to become a vital member of our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of primary contract stipulations and apply this knowledge to project operations.
  • Assist the Project Manager in crafting and sustaining preconstruction, construction, and project closure execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to enhance communication among project stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers/Directors in the creation of proposals, presentations, and various documentation.
  • Facilitate the procurement and coordination of essential project resources, including intra-divisional, interdivisional, and external corporate resources.
  • Gather scheduling information from subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals.
  • Develop an understanding of the project budget and identify potential risks to the budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing change control systems and policies.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of contractually mandated quality in design and construction, supporting quality assurance for the project.
  • Oversee design content, quality, and coordinate design modifications for constructability and adherence to essential documents, schedules, and budgets.
  • Review all shop drawings and submittals.
  • Ensure that project documentation is distributed, reviewed, and archived in accordance with project and corporate standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience in Engineering, Project delivery, or a related area.

Safety Consideration:
This role is classified as safety-sensitive.

Compensation:
Salary Range - $70,000-$105,000
