About the Role

This is a key position within Ekman Associates, Inc. that will support the lead Project Manager in various tactical project tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project planning, tracking tasks, preparing status reports, setting up meetings, and taking notes. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to perform business systems analysis tasks, including requirements gathering and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective project deliverables, including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, key performance indicators (KPIs), stakeholder coordination, and status communication.
  • Communicate effectively across various audiences, utilizing escalation paths and updating stakeholders as necessary.
  • Translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple projects.
  • Strong business systems analysis skills.
  • Experience managing smaller projects.
  • ERP project/enhancement experience, especially on the operations side, is a plus.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to conduct requirements gathering, create documentation, and interview stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work fast on multiple assignments.
  • Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
  • Med Device or Pharma experience is a plus.
