We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to accelerate our growth in the Medicare/Health Insurance vertical.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines.
Job Summary
As a Sales Director at ActiveProspect, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our footprint in the Medicare/Health Insurance space.
Your primary focus will be on identifying key prospects, building relationships, and creating a compelling value proposition that drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning all new customer development activities and quota achievement for your area
- Defining and executing sales strategies for your prospects and the market as a whole
- Negotiating partnerships and agreements to drive revenue growth
- Maintaining relationships with key contacts in the industry and providing partner recommendations to customers and potential customers
- Working closely with the client success team to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new customers
Qualifications and Skills
- 5-10 years of complex enterprise SaaS sales experience in the insurance lead generation space
- Ability to consistently achieve enterprise sales quotas and manage pipelines effectively
- Experience managing sales teams and mentoring sales professionals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
- A strong work ethic, with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
