Sales Director for Enterprise Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our team of sales professionals in enterprise business development. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for guiding the team towards achieving revenue goals while developing and executing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of account executives to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Lead sales calls and facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assign high-priority clients or business development opportunities to qualified team members to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales performance, funnel activity, and 30/60/90-day forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent team building, management, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment while implementing and maintaining sales goals.
  • Availability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
