About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion in the U.S. Federal Agency sector by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, targeting U.S. federal agencies, focusing on increasing product adoption and customer retention.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within federal agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our presence in the federal market through targeted marketing efforts and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and product offerings with customer needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, federal procurement guidelines, and competitor products.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis to the VP Federal Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in personal protection, body armor, tactical equipment, or related fields.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
