About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your sales career with a leading Caterpillar dealership. As an Expansion Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and dormant accounts to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, although fresh graduates or individuals with limited sales experience are also encouraged to apply. A strong understanding of sales principles, market trends, and customer behavior will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new and dormant accounts within the assigned territory through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote Caterpillar products and services to drive sales growth and maximize revenue by delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term customer loyalty.
What We Offer:
  • Salary range of $60,000 base plus bonus with a target total compensation of $65,000.
