Account Expansion Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Engage with existing customers to explore opportunities for program expansion and new product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wholesale or retail sector
- Track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and current market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights
- Experience working with large datasets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Able to travel frequently (more than 50% of the time)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and benefits. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000, based on experience.
