Expansion and Growth Opportunity About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at It Luggage. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives. You will develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed performance expectations, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Engage with existing customers to explore opportunities for program expansion and new product launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wholesale or retail sector
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and current market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience working with large datasets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Able to travel frequently (more than 50% of the time)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered equivalent
  • Able to pass a background check
Benefits and Salary

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and benefits. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000, based on experience.
