Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to support our team at SmartSearch, Inc.

This role is a sales role that will involve cold calling and business-to-business sales. You will seek, contact, and build rapport with business clients to set appointments for our Territory Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients and market to them via phone, email, and in-person
  • Build relationships with contacts and set qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Exceed daily KPIs and monthly quota goals by delivering the best customer service experience possible

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone presence and experience sustaining high outbound efforts
  • The ability to call and physically visit cold leads door-to-door
  • Outstanding relationship-building experience and communication skills
  • Self-confidence, resiliency, and organization/time management discipline
  • Highly professional demeanor with an engaging personality

Benefits:

  • $65-75k salary, potential with commission is $85-100k
  • Employees are eligible for multiple benefits including low deductible medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.
