Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Pluralsight. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building close partnerships with sales and marketing teams to optimize engagement with tech leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with sales reps to determine messaging, persona targets, and account strategy
* Research target accounts, identify key players, and craft targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to stimulate opportunities
* Develop and nurture accounts and contacts through outbound calls, social messaging, emails, events, and other mediums
* Create sales-ready opportunities and transfer those leads to Sales Representatives
* Handle sales pipeline through qualification to discovery and prepare reports and forecasts on activities and results
* Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated
