Are you passionate about helping small and mid-size businesses thrive? Do you have a knack for building relationships and driving sales growth? We're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Bill, a leader in financial automation software.

As a Business Development Representative at Bill, you'll be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and generating new opportunities for our Direct Sales channel. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and explore career expansion opportunities within our growing organization.

We're looking for someone who is creative, resilient, and effective in their communication. You'll need to be able to overcome objections and roadblocks, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer success, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers
  • Generate new opportunities for our Direct Sales channel
  • Work closely with our Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Bill's products and services
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPI and performance metrics

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of financial automation software and its applications
