About the Role:
This entry-level position in our Contact Center focuses on managing inbound communications and providing expert travel advice, leading to the successful arrangement or adjustment of travel bookings while ensuring a remarkable client experience.

You will undergo training at our headquarters, where you will collaborate with a small group of new agents. After the training phase, you will receive ongoing support from trainers and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Travel Consultant training program, mastering essential skills and knowledge.
  • Handle client interactions independently, managing increasingly complex travel transactions.
  • Assess client requirements through active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Develop tailored travel solutions based on client preferences and schedules.
  • Review travel arrangements to identify additional needs and opportunities.
  • Educate clients on travel planning principles, instilling confidence in their decisions.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a productive approach to client interactions, striving to exceed performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience proactively.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including client outreach and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Strong digital literacy with common business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing complex topics clearly.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process orientation.
  • Genuine passion for client service and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Work Schedule:
Training hours are typically Monday through Friday, with flexible starting times post-training. This position is remote, requiring a dedicated workspace with reliable internet access.
