This role encompasses assisting clients in troubleshooting issues related to their purchased products or services. Building robust relationships with clients is essential for driving revenue growth. The specialist will also monitor warranty expiration dates and support clients in processing claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist distributors in the LATAM region with after-sales inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather insights on product and service quality.
- Help clients resolve issues and complaints related to their purchases.
- Follow up on spare part orders from LATAM distributors.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Promote spare parts and maintenance kits to boost overall sales.
- Collaborate with other departmental heads to strategize on improving sales performance.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service in accordance with established customer service standards.
- Enhance and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.
- Oversee all post-sales services to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding all after-sales activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external teams.
- Creative and adaptable mindset to devise solutions and sales strategies.
- Experience in after-sales operations within power generation, heavy machinery, or automotive sectors is advantageous.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually across Latin America.
- Valid passport required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not essential.
Benefits:
- Annual performance-based salary increase.
