Job Overview

Position Summary
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering outstanding bilingual (Spanish/English) support and administrative assistance to our members. This position involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, aiding field employees with contract-related concerns, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer service inquiries through phone and email communications.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Process cancellations and refunds as needed.
  • Conduct introductory calls for new members.
  • Address member requests promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Full bilingual proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish and English is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in remote training and work.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service aptitude.

WORKING HOURS
Standard hours are from 8:50 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
