Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering outstanding service.

You will operate in a fast-paced customer service environment, managing both incoming and outgoing communications, responding to electronic inquiries, and ensuring that client needs are met effectively and courteously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing client communications with professionalism and understanding.
  • Provide precise and comprehensive information regarding services, products, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the customer management system.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their issues have been addressed and they are satisfied with the assistance provided.
  • Assist with client email inquiries, live chat, and other communication methods as necessary.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and policies to provide current information to clients.
  • Achieve or surpass individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, client satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and call center software is advantageous.
