Role Overview
Advatix is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to engage with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate candidates across various skill sets, including sales, client services, and technical roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to devise and implement effective sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and nurture a pipeline of candidates through proactive market analysis and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with potential candidates, showcasing an understanding of hiring manager preferences.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely, accurate, and constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external hiring managers.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance recruitment metrics.
  • Engage in special projects and recruitment initiatives, including the evaluation of best practices in interviewing and candidate experiences.
  • Work with leadership to create tactical sourcing strategies that enhance candidate flow.
  • Proactively identify passive candidates through various research tools, social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Utilize technology and social networking tools alongside traditional sourcing methods.
  • Manage recruitment for open positions and oversee employment activities across all levels, providing guidance to management on personnel needs and hiring budgets.
  • Design and implement a staffing strategy that enhances the overall talent acquisition process and improves hiring quality.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of talent that supports both corporate and field operations across all functions.
  • Implement proactive programs aimed at attracting, selecting, and retaining a diverse workforce.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Development, with at least 3-5 years in a recruitment role within HR/Talent Acquisition.
  • Expertise in Sales, Operations, Fulfillment Center, Supply Chain, Analytics, Executive Leadership, Retail, Logistics, and AI.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and recruiting talent.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Ownership of the candidate process from interview to offer acceptance.
  • Strong independent decision-making and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • High level of confidentiality and strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Office, G-Suite, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with Jazz HR, Paycom, and UKG is preferred.
