Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Warwick Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to ensure the success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
- Benefits and Compensation
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs
- Develop and implement competitive compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- HR Operations
- Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll and timekeeping
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
