Core Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes.

Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with management to assess and enhance employee performance effectively.

Employee Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for employee-related inquiries, addressing conflicts and promoting a supportive workplace culture.

Regulatory Compliance and Policy Creation: Ensure adherence to all legal standards; design and revise HR policies and procedures as necessary.

Professional Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives for employee growth.

Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs and maintain competitive compensation frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • This is a remote position, but candidates in the Denver area are preferred.
