Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes.
Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with management to assess and enhance employee performance effectively.
Employee Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for employee-related inquiries, addressing conflicts and promoting a supportive workplace culture.
Regulatory Compliance and Policy Creation: Ensure adherence to all legal standards; design and revise HR policies and procedures as necessary.
Professional Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives for employee growth.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs and maintain competitive compensation frameworks.
HR Data Management: Keep accurate HR records and generate reports for the Head of Business Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment.
- Proven success in attracting and hiring top talent.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions and industry best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
- This is a remote position, but candidates in the Denver area are preferred.
