The Archdiocese of Denver is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our mission to serve the community. We are looking for a meticulous and collaborative HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in daily operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and invoice processing.
- Manage communications via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Oversee helpdesk ticket management and response.
- Organize and maintain team documentation, including meeting notes and objectives.
- Coordinate team events and activities.
- Support HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with team members on various special projects.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
- Help prepare training materials for distribution.
- Coordinate committee meeting logistics and communication.
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations for meetings.
- Provide administrative support related to benefits and retirement plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Must be a practicing Catholic committed to the mission of the Archdiocese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform various physical tasks as needed.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
