Position Overview:
This role is integral to the Human Resources department, focusing on supporting employee relations and recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary information.
2. Facilitate task delegation within the HR team.
3. Maintain and update employee records accurately.
4. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including interviews.
5. Support supervisors in evaluating employee performance and engagement.
6. Analyze training requirements, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions.
7. Manage employee promotions and salary adjustments.
8. Organize the HR team's calendar, scheduling meetings and events.
9. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
10. Propose enhancements to employment policies and practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data management systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training or certification in Human Resource Management is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
Compensation will be aligned with the student employee pay rate scale, with potential for annual increases based on performance.
