Position Overview:

At Tier1usa, we are dedicated to establishing a network of interdisciplinary clinics that provide transformative services for children with autism and their families. Our mission emphasizes early intervention, comprehensive support, and developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. We focus on integrated autism care utilizing a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) rooted in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a strategic leader to join our Central People team. This team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, HR policies, and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be pivotal during the evolution of our People Team. Initially, the focus will be on two primary projects:

Build a comprehensive set of tools and playbooks for local leaders to enhance staff satisfaction and drive excellence.
  2. Enhancement of Clinician Talent Acquisition Strategies: Work closely with senior leadership to devise innovative strategies aimed at improving recruitment performance for clinician roles. Systematize these strategies into actionable plans for the recruitment team and develop a robust database to track clinician contacts and performance metrics.

Following the completion of these projects, the role will continue to lead the implementation and maintenance of key HR processes. Additional responsibilities include:

  1. People Operations (50%): Oversee the People Operations team, managing functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Develop and maintain HR policies that align with organizational values and legal standards.
  2. Culture & Employee Experience (25%): Refine the Culture and Belonging Playbook, providing local leadership with data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
  3. Leadership Training and Development (25%): Administer training programs for Clinic Operations Directors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles. Design and evaluate additional training tools to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in consulting or HR, with a focus on people operations and organizational culture. Proven success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business outcomes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data sets to inform decision-making.

What We Offer:

Join us in a leadership role within a rapidly growing organization committed to delivering high-quality services.
