Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Delray Beach. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including payment, cash handling, and credit policies.
  • Generate and distribute daily reports to designated departments and personnel.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to resolve discrepancies on the room status report.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
