Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including payment, cash handling, and credit policies.
- Generate and distribute daily reports to designated departments and personnel.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to resolve discrepancies on the room status report.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
