As a Front Desk Supervisor with Hersha Hospitality Management, you will be responsible for supervising front desk operations in accordance with established guest service, quality, and sustainability standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing and Selecting Candidates
- Training and Developing Team Members
- Ensuring Excellent Guest Service
