Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient office experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients in a pleasant and timely manner, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Patient Registration: Verify patient information, create provider records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments, and ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles from patients, and post payments collected.
  • Office Administration: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar electronic medical records system.
