Front Desk Supervisor

Kolter Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk staff during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services, providing guests with personalized recommendations and solutions.
Handle guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory and exceeding guest expectations.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Maintain accurate financial records, adhere to company policies, and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest and room information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and revenue management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
