Sign-On Bonus: External candidates who have not worked for the hospital within the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $15,000. Bonuses are distributed in several installments and are subject to applicable taxes as mandated by law.

Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates relocating from over 50 miles away, offering up to $9,200. This assistance is also taxable as required by law.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST.
No weekend shifts are required, but there may be occasions to cover for callouts.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • The CT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff and managing daily operations within a designated Radiology service area.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory agency mandates regarding quality imaging, quality control, and quality assurance for technologists, radiologists, physicists, equipment, and patient records.
  • Conducts clinical procedures and supervises the clinical training of students and technologists.
  • Contributes to the development of Radiology policies and procedures.
  • Assists the Radiology Manager with long-term planning and operational budgeting for the specific Radiology service area.
  • As part of the management team, the supervisor collaborates with the manager to achieve departmental objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program accredited by CAHEA/JRCT.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
  • CT certification is mandatory.
  • This position requires verification of your college transcript; be prepared to provide a copy if invited for an interview.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in the CT modality.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have participated in inspections and accreditation specific to the modality.
