Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Performance Team is in search of a committed Operations Supervisor to manage and streamline various functions within our stockroom, warehouse, or yard. In this role, you will be tasked with organizing work processes, scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments, supervising personnel, ensuring inventory precision, and upholding a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine daily incoming appointment logs and open order reports
  • Organize inbound and outbound schedules to fulfill customer expectations
  • Assess staffing requirements based on workload and schedules
  • Delegate tasks to employees according to shipping timelines
  • Revise operational protocols and relay them to warehouse staff
  • Monitor productivity and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Oversee department payroll processes
  • Guide employees on proper item handling procedures
  • Address discrepancies between inventory and stock control records
  • Develop work schedules and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Resolve employee grievances and foster a harmonious work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary range is $55,000-$67,000. The final salary will be determined based on market conditions and location.
