Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for the Studio Operations Supervisor role will manage all aspects of studio operations, with a significant emphasis on sales performance.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years in membership or service sales, with a focus on direct-to-consumer interactions.

· Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, with at least 2 years of experience.

· Confidence in achieving personal sales targets and mentoring Sales Representatives.

· Ability to oversee and drive multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

· Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and through digital channels.

· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

· Aptitude for identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective changes.

· Passion for fitness and wellness.

· Strong writing and grammar skills.

· Highly organized with adept data management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.

· Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the community.

· Familiarity with computer systems and studio management software (ClubReady).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Retention – 75%

  • Drive direct membership sales both inside and outside the studio.
  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
  • Implement a structured sales process to convert prospects into demo class participants and lead sales during these sessions.
  • Organize and engage in community events and studio promotions.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to attract new leads.
  • Ensure member satisfaction to minimize cancellations.
  • Manage social media presence with support from ownership.

Staff & Vendor Management – 20%

  • Oversee staff scheduling and coordination.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory levels of studio retail products.
  • Supervise Sales Representatives and assist in hiring processes.
  • Evaluate instructor performance in conjunction with Master Trainers.

Operations – 5%

  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiency through regular review of revenue, attendance, and member engagement reports.
  • Make independent decisions to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Manage outstanding dues and ensure studio cleanliness and organization.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain adequate supplies and literature.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and performance.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
