Job Overview

As an HVAC Operations Supervisor at EmployHQ, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our service team and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians, including responsibilities for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, providing monthly financial reports while ensuring the maintenance of projected gross and net profits.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, addressing overdue accounts and authorizing credit approvals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication systems for addressing customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Review and authorize all completed service orders, ensuring accurate pricing and verification of materials and labor utilized.
  • Coordinate the return process for warranty parts and ensure proper shipping arrangements.
  • Evaluate service call metrics and customer satisfaction levels, providing support to technicians with complex technical issues.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for service operations.
  • Develop promotional materials and advertising schedules to enhance service visibility.
  • Drive the expansion of service offerings in commercial markets.
  • Ensure the security and cleanliness of the service division's facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
