Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a prominent distribution facility. This role involves overseeing associate activities throughout the production process and evaluating performance metrics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to mentoring team members and enhancing training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in organizing daily and weekly work assignments for team members.
- Provide training to new hires across various departments.
- Monitor and ensure safety and performance standards for all associates.
- Engage effectively with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Utilize computer systems and integrated operating platforms for operational tasks.
- Adapt to varying shift schedules and potential overtime requirements.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, requiring the ability to perform in varying temperatures.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($20.00/hour)
- Weekend Shift: Saturday to Monday, 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM ($21.00/hour)
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. A background check and drug test will be conducted.
