Job Overview

Position Summary:

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the workforce at RENEW FINANCIAL GROUP LLC by collaborating with employees and senior HR personnel to implement both tactical and strategic initiatives that foster a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Facilitate interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and orientation for new hires.
  • Benefits Management: Address employee inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Collaborate with senior HR staff on vendor relations and open enrollment activities.
  • Employee Engagement: Deliver high-quality support and guidance to management on employee relations and performance management matters. Provide interpretations of HR policies and assist in conducting thorough investigations.
  • Workplace Culture: Partner with senior HR staff, management, and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention rates. Aid the HR department in rolling out programs aimed at enriching the employee experience.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the management of personnel files and the development and updates of company documentation.
  • HRIS Management - Level 1: Maintain the HRIS system data (ADP Workforce Now), which may encompass onboarding, policy management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and reporting and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a Generalist or Business Partner role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HR disciplines, such as compensation strategies, employee relations, benefits management, performance evaluation, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
  • Proven hands-on experience with an enterprise-level HRIS system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in early-stage or startup environments is highly desirable.
  • SHRM, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
  • ADP Workforce Now certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (Spanish) is a plus.
