Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a HR/People role with a strong track record of strategic and operational success.
  • HR Expertise: A proven track record of owning and driving progress across complex/high-volume HR processes, including on/off-boarding, performance management, and leave/benefits management.
  • Tooling and Change Management: Ability to establish a strategy for integrated HR tooling and implement change.
  • HR Best Practices and Employment Laws: Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • People Analytics: Leverage people analytics to anticipate opportunities and help make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach.
  • Culture and Diversity: A dedication to building a supportive and effective work environment for all employees.
