We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at SEDAA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our testing operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Test Administration: Travel to testing facilities to administer tests, ensuring test security and maintaining a comfortable testing environment.
- Test Scanning and Scoring: Scan and score tests using testing software, entering results in a database and sending out result letters in a timely manner.
- Communication: Communicate information to examinees and internal clients in both verbal and written formats.
- Technical Support: Address technical or administrative issues, escalating them to the Testing Operations Team member(s) or vendors as necessary.
- HR Support: Assist internal clients with testing needs, including Return to Work, Centralized Job Bidding, Hiring Hall, Recruiting, Labor Relations, Learning, PowerPathway, and vendors.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task.
