Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Human Resources functions at Vivo HealthStaff, including strategic business partnership, employee benefits, talent development, performance management, and process optimization.
  • Design and implement new protocols and processes to support organizational growth while ensuring high-quality HR services.
  • Champion talent development initiatives and manage the processes and tools that foster a robust talent culture, including performance evaluations, compensation strategies, and professional growth programs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to create an exceptional experience for new hires.
  • Manage all aspects of employee compliance and administrative functions.
  • Lead HR enablement efforts, including benefits administration, retirement plan management, and attendance tracking tools.
  • Continuously assess organizational needs and adjust HR strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and scheduling.
  • Support managers in addressing employee needs and concerns.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and best practices.
  • Maintain the employee handbook, directory, and organizational structure.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Significant experience in a business partner role, preferably in high-volume, high-growth, and customer-centric environments; experience with field teams is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; adept at managing and interpreting HR metrics to identify root causes and develop strategic plans.
  • Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proven team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of California Labor Law.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
