Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to increase CircleCI revenue through AWS, achieving quarterly performance metrics and sales objectives.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the relationships between the go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS.
  • Identify and onboard new AWS go-to-market teams, nurturing relationships to create mutual value and enhance CircleCI's offerings.
  • Collaborate with CircleCI's Marketing and Sales teams to boost awareness and co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams.
  • Oversee the sales enablement of CircleCI's go-to-market teams.
  • Manage the metrics dashboard effectively.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to articulate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical field community.
  • Represent the Voice of the Partner within CircleCI, facilitating partner engagement across all internal functions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives with the Head of Business Development to broaden CircleCI's footprint in the ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving metrics and sales targets through channel partners, ideally within the DevSecOps landscape.
  • Experience in designing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends influencing customer opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership.
  • Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive successful outcomes.
