Overview: Are you an energetic professional with a strong affinity for technology, capable of executing strategic alliances and driving revenue growth? We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to spearhead our initiatives in enhancing CircleCI's channel sales with AWS' go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be instrumental in positioning CircleCI as the premier CI/CD solution within AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to increase CircleCI revenue through AWS, achieving quarterly performance metrics and sales objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact for the relationships between the go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS.
- Identify and onboard new AWS go-to-market teams, nurturing relationships to create mutual value and enhance CircleCI's offerings.
- Collaborate with CircleCI's Marketing and Sales teams to boost awareness and co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams.
- Oversee the sales enablement of CircleCI's go-to-market teams.
- Manage the metrics dashboard effectively.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to articulate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical field community.
- Represent the Voice of the Partner within CircleCI, facilitating partner engagement across all internal functions.
- Drive strategic initiatives with the Head of Business Development to broaden CircleCI's footprint in the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in achieving metrics and sales targets through channel partners, ideally within the DevSecOps landscape.
- Experience in designing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends influencing customer opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership.
- Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive successful outcomes.
