  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific business requirements and challenges, and develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Highlight innovation when presenting and demonstrating our company's technology products and services, focusing on benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation: Inclusive collaboration with internal technical and administrative teams to develop customized solutions, and open and honest negotiation of terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth sales cycle through continuous communication, nurturing and developing the customer relationship, providing accountability to the client and throughout the organization.
  • Industry Research and Market Positioning: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Sales Performance and Objectives: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis by effectively telling our story to C-suite executives and decision makers.

Requirements

  • Business-to-Business Sales Experience: 0-2 years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Education and Skills: College degree preferred, not required. Ability to be proficient in Customer Resource Management (CRM) system and other sales tools.
  • Reliability and Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
