Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads in industrials, manufacturing, blue collar trades, or healthcare services. Your primary focus will be identifying businesses that need to enhance operations, project management, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect businesses in industries like industrial services, manufacturing, and medical services that would benefit from our software solutions.
- Engage prospects to understand their desired workflow, challenges, and qualify them for our software offerings.
- Develop strong client relationships and establish partnerships with referral partners to generate new leads.
- Maintain standards in prospecting activities, appointments set, presentations, and assessment calls.
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine your approach and improve lead generation.
- Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and report on metrics regularly.
Requirements:
- DISC assessment complete.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- High energy, sense of humor.
Compensation:
$92,000 - $133,000 yearly
