Business Development Representative

UWorld is a leading provider of online learning solutions for high-stakes exams. We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive growth in our CPA division.
Job Summary:The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key contacts, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential sales opportunities within assigned regions
- Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and other mediums
- Work with Technical Account Managers to process quotes and close sales
- Manage sales pipeline and prioritize meetings with decision makers
- Conduct on-site presentations and sales demos
- Attend conferences and tradeshows to interact with B2B prospects
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, communications, business, or relevant field
- Minimum 2+ years of outside higher education sales experience
- Strong understanding of navigating college campuses and building relationships with faculty and students
- Ability to demonstrate proprietary software and utilize CRM systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and ability to adapt to changing sales landscape
