About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at HiOperator. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-up steps
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account outreach strategies and ensure consistent messaging
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted prospecting and outreach efforts
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2C SDR or sales-related experience targeting large, multi-stakeholder prospects
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Experience crafting business messages and developing persuasive sales collateral
  • Ability to learn quickly and articulate complex subject matter in a simple-to-understand manner
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic
