Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Appstar. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with small business owners in the SMB space and initiating sales cycles. You will work closely with our Solution Specialists to build custom solutions for our clients and make a high volume of outbound calls from in-house generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship building and initiation of sales cycles with business owners in the SMB space
  • Working hand in hand with Solution Specialists to build custom solutions for small business owners
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls from in-house generated leads
  • Building a sales pipeline
  • Continued team and individual training

Requirements:

  • High energy and infectious attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • 1-2 years inside sales experience (B2B/ short sales cycle preferred)
