Job Description

The LaSalle Group is currently partnered with a leading Revenue Cycle Management company in the Indianapolis area.

We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to support their growing business and new clients. This role offers ample opportunity to grow your career in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client correspondence.
  • Process client invoices accurately.
  • Enter charges and payments into billing software efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask effectively and adapt to change.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
