Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, maintain quality control, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, maintain quality control, and increase profitability.
  • Manage all front and back of the house restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer experience, project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products, and order accordingly.
  • Ensure health code compliance and sanitation standards are maintained, look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs, and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, and attend quarterly P&L meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
  • Significant work experience in the hospitality industry and in management.
  • Front and back of house experience is a plus, strong working knowledge of food and beverage service, and ability to use restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership skills, decisive, and critical thinker.
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
