Your Role:
You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with community partners and facilities, collaborating with leaders across the organization to drive new business, and implementing initiatives for pipeline development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business
- Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development
- Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions
- Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities
Requirements:
- A high school diploma equivalency with three years of cumulative experience or an Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with two years of cumulative experience or seven years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
- Three years of leadership or management experience preferred
