Job Summary

Sales Account Executives at Foremost Consulting LLC will focus on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones, promoting all products and services in our portfolio. This role involves performing quoting opportunities and following up with customers for retention and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting of new accounts and maintenance of existing customer relationships
  • Sales duties include prospecting/developing new accounts, preparing quotes, consulting customers on services, and maintaining records and documentation
  • Providing timely communication to customer contacts and internal teams on status and customer satisfaction for assigned projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understand sales strategies and have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem solve, and provide detailed correspondence with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Able to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, pay close attention to detail, and make sound decisions using information at hand
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in business, educational technology, marketing, sales, or related field is preferred. At least 1+ year of customer service/sales experience is required.
