Our Team's Impact on Syneos Health:
Our team designs, implements, and oversees solutions for both Windows (physical and virtual) and Mac workstations. We ensure a healthy device posture and operation throughout the workstation lifecycle.
We play a crucial role in transitioning from traditional on-premises, domain-based computing to modern, cloud-managed endpoints.
We create self-service scripts that enhance user-driven support and remediation.
Our collaboration with cross-functional teams guarantees seamless integration and operation of workstation solutions within our developing zero trust environment.
We are skilled at assessing the feasibility of new requirements and their compatibility with existing systems.
Our team supports initiatives to automate device health and posture in an evolving, conditional-based access environment.

We lead the analysis and resolution of production issues that remain unresolved by Tier 1 or Tier 2 support related to endpoint devices.

We develop, facilitate, and maintain product support materials, including run books, technical diagrams, and knowledge bases. This supports our shift-left strategy with Tier 2 Support.
Our team recommends enhancements for the software lifecycle process (deployment, updates, removal) and engages in process improvement activities.
Qualifications

About You:


You possess a solid foundation with 5 years of relevant professional experience in a large-scale environment (15,000+ endpoints), or you hold a BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field with some relevant experience.

You have a comprehensive understanding of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux.
Your experience is validated with cloud-based modern device management solutions such as Intune, Tanium, Workspace ONE, or Jamf Pro.
You have a strong grasp of zero trust security principles.

Your problem analysis and resolution skills are exceptional, and you can swiftly discover, learn, and apply new technologies while adhering to change management practices.

You have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. If this resonates with you, we would be eager to connect.
You will stand out if you can demonstrate the following:
Familiarity with agile development practices.
Experience managing or supporting non-persistent multisession VDI solutions.
Functional experience in the healthcare domain and clinical applications.
Working knowledge of modern Microsoft offerings (M365, AVD, Azure).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Tanium Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Associate) are advantageous.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,090.00 to $126,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.

Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
