Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at DAIOHS U.S.A., INC. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a business development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
