Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to help our current team cover more ground and dive deeper into new territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new revenue opportunities within Onsite Women's Health's core markets through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with prospective client practices and networks
  • Bring in and close prospective client practice/network opportunities
  • Generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold calls and responding to incoming leads received through the company's website and other sources
  • Analyze individual prospective client medical practices/networks based on key criteria as defined by the company
  • Assist with preparation of prospective client proposals and other peripheral materials required in the business development process
  • Identify and utilize new sources for lead generation
  • Travel, as needed, to meet with prospective client practices/networks and attend various conventions and national/regional meetings of relevant professional associations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of business development activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or recruiting experience
  • Healthcare knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Cold calling, lead generation experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • A sound, practical understanding and application of business development principles
  • Aggressive and money motivated
  • Ability to create opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, phone)
  • Strong grounding in business concepts and dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
